II. GT Morstroy Design Institute CJSC has completed the development of the following design documentation:

  • Predesign proposals:
  1. A section of the South Stream Gas Pipeline in the Black Sea front-end engineering and design named Analysis of Risk of Ship, Crew, Ship Passenger Exposure to Damaging Factors has been done;
  2. A section of the South Stream Gas Pipeline in the Black Sea front-end engineering and design named Determination of Main Types of Ship and Navigation Intensity in the Black Sea near Main Sea Gas Pipeline Route has been done;
  3. The potential placement of a floating berth for receipt and berthing of designed ship types in the Konstantin fort bay has been assessed;
  4. An oil crop seed processing factory and its loading-over facilities have been placed in the Southern Area of Ust-Luga commercial seaport;
  5. 5. Additional workplaces have been organized on Saint Petersburg Big Port seaport berth 29 to make safe the operation of Liebher LMH-600 cranes.
  • Design documentation:
  1. Installation and assembly site for marine hydraulic engineering facilities with a specialized berthing front of Krasniye Barrikady SSZ OJSC;
  2. Integrated development of Murmansk transport hub. Sea transport facilities;
  3. Saint Petersburg Big Port freight area 4. Marine container terminal. Phase 2. Stage 1. Preparatory period facilities: Reconstruction of hydraulic engineering facilities in Ugolnaya harbor. Berths 102, 102а, 103, 105;
  4. Baltic container terminal of Baltic Stevedore Company LLC;
  5. Construction of Bronka multifunctional sea loading-over terminal (MSLT) within the boundaries approved by Order of the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, including a division of MSLT construction in stages, substantiation of the stages, and making changes to the design documentation that has received a positive opinion (493-10/GGE-5820/04) of the state expert examination authority.
  • Site investigation:
  1. Integrated site investigation for development of design documentation on construction of a new New-Admiralty Shipyards ship-building complex, Kronstadt;
  2. Integrated site investigation to correct the design documentation and to develop a detailed design documentation for preparatory period facilities of the project named Seaport Facility Construction near Sabetta Village on Yamal Peninsula;
  3. Integrated site investigation to develop design documentation and detailed design documentation for berth 17 and access motor road reconstruction at Murmansk Region, Severomorsk, Vaenga;
  4. Integrated site investigation to develop the design documentation for a project named Development of Passenger/Freight Car Ferry and Railway Ferry Terminals in Baltiysk, Kaliningrad Region, including the Construction and Subsequent Operation of a Container Terminal with a throughput of 300,000 TEU p.a.;
  5. Integrated site investigation to develop the detailed design documentation for a project named Development of Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport. Port breakwater in the water area of the southern area of Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Area 1 (construction stage 1);
  6. Integrated site investigation to develop the design and detailed design documentation for the Saint Petersburg Sailing Sport Center;
  7. Integrated site investigation to develop the design and detailed design documentation the a project named Reconstruction of the Berth 9 Root Part, including Installation and Bracing of the Floating Berth for Project 22010 Oceanographic Vessel Berthing at the Olenia Bay mooring place;
  8. Engineering and geological survey to develop the detailed design documentation for construction of land buildings and installations in the Bronka multipurpose sea loading-over terminal;
  9. Engineering and geological survey to develop the detailed design documentation for construction of the east bank protection facility (200m) in the Bronka multipurpose sea loading-over terminal;
  10. Integrated site investigation to develop the design documentation for a project named Ust-Luga Commercial Seaport. River Area.   • Design documentation and detailed design documentation:
  1. Major repair of berth 21 picket 150.9-175.0 and berth 22 picket 0.0-5.5 in the Saint Petersburg Big Port seaport;
  2. Dredging works on underwater tranches to lay a 330 kV cable line for a project named Construction of Vasileostrovskaya 330kV Substation with Vasileostovskaya North 330 kV Cable Line and Vasileostrovskaya Zavod Il’icha 330kV Cable Line in Saint Petersburg
  • Detailed design documentation:
  1. Development of Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Support fleet base in Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Stage 1. Hydraulic engineering facilities;
  2. Development of Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Port breakwater in the water area of the southern area of Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Site 1 (construction stage 1);
  3. Buildings and installations of stage 3 of S outh-2 multiprofile loading-over terminal in Ust-Luga commercial seaport;
  4. Bottom strengthening and protection against washout near berths 21, 22, 23, 29, 30 and 32 on Saint Petersburg Seaport OJSC Area 2 using a Condor gantry crane;
  5. Eastern bank protection facility (200m), water intake and water release facility on Bronka MSLT berth 6;
  6. Construction of seaport facilities near Sabetta village on Yamal Peninsula, including the creation of a navigable approach canal in the Gulf of Ob (preparatory period facilities).

III. Construction started under projects developed by GT Morstroy CJSC:

  1. Berths and Onshore facilities of the seaport near Sabetta village on Yamal Peninsula, including the creation of a navigable approach canal in the Gulf of Ob (preparatory period facilities);
  2. Major repair of berths 21 and 22 of the Saint Petersburg seaport;
  3. Development of Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Port breakwater of the water area of southern area of Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Area 1;
  4. Construction of a supporting fleet base in Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Stage 2. Onshore facilities;
  5. Reconstruction of berth 2 of GMK Nornikel OJSC loading-over terminal in Murmansk. Onshore facilities;
  6. Berthing complex for holding anchorage of Rosmorport FSUE icebreaking fleet in Saint Petersburg port;
  7. East bank protection facility (200m), water intake and water release facility on Bronka MSLT berth 6.

IV. Construction is under way and design supervision is performed under projects developed by GT Morstroy CJSC:

  1. Construction of a supporting fleet base in Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Stage 1. Hydraulic engineering facilities;
  2. Container terminal in Ust-Luga commercial seaport. Phase 2;
  3. Liquefied hydrocarbon gas (LHCG) loading-over terminal in Ust-Luga commercial seaport;
  4. Piled substructures of Bronka multipurpose sea loading-over terminal berths 5, 6;
  5. Delineating the territory of the Bronka multipurpose sea loading-over terminal;
  6. Delineating the water area of the southern and northern parts of Ust-Luga commercial seaport, including operational water area of the container terminal in Leningrad Region. Container terminal water area phases 2 and 3, stage 2.1. Liquefied hydrocarbon gas (LHCG) loading-over terminal water area.

V. Construction and design supervision completed under projects developed by GT Morstroy CJSC:

  1. Dredging works on berth 2 water area of Kozmino Special Oil Seaport crude oil loading sea export terminal;
  2. Piled substructures of Bronka multipurpose sea loading-over terminal berths 1, 2, 3, 4;
  3. Cofferdam for laying pipes from Sakhalin-1 Arktun-Dagi field;
  4. Cofferdam for laying pipes from Sakhalin-3 Arktun-Dagi field;
  5. Northern approach canal of Ust-Luga commercial seaport;
  6. Major repair of berths 21 and 22 of Saint Petersburg seaport;
  7. Organization of additional workplaces on berth 29 of Saint Petersburg Big Port seaport to make safe the operation of Liebher LMH-600 cranes;
  8. Luga western canal of Ust-Luga commercial seaport;
  9. Luga western fairway of Ust-Luga commercial seaport;
